being single is not that bad. no girlfriend means being free- you can do anything you want
but if you really want a girlfriend, why don't you open your eyes/heart for those possibilities? who knows- maybe your closest girl friend likes you or maybe your crush likes you too

And I'm sorry to be a dissapointment to you. The thumb always looks better. When you download it, it always supersizes it and you can see every little scratch. I can't do anything about it.

Well, I tried to stay away from the bright, cheery winter scene that many others do here. And so usually for winter, the day is gloomy and dreary. So no, I personally don't think it should be brighter, even from personal experience since we have a lot of snow here. Besides, I use photos to help me capture the mood just right such as my personal home photos of our blizzards/snow and those on the net. They pretty much show that if it is cloudy out, it is gloomy and not bright colors since there is no sun ^_^
